I have no life since I moved to Austin, TX again. The taxi service I drive for does okay but between rental costs of the car and apartment I’m working 80 hours a week to stay afloat and I have no life and I have no free time and just drive around in circles all day and night. My only option at this point is to downgrade our continue going with no life. I was so happy to land a house rental where I have my own private restroom was cool at first until I realized I never get to be home to enjoy it because I’m out working all the time to pay for it. So far all the apartments I see for rent are in the same price range at $1,200+ a month… Currently trying to see what’s available with a private living spaces also. Not having the best experience with the coliving houses with strangers constantly moving in and out. The last rental I had in SA, though it seemed like a awesome deal $600 a month without a lease like I’m apartment, had to deal with a bunch strangers suddenly moving into all the vacant rooms and five guys sharing one restroom didn’t go so well. Any time I had to use the restroom it would be a surprise, unflushed toilet with turds floating around. Piss all over the floor. I got out of there, now I’m in Austin with no free time and no life. Currently very disappointed I never got to see anyone from TCU from that group of friends that made a big deal about me but already they made aware how vulnerable I am with surveillance…. Fort Worth didn’t work out but I’m in Austin now if y’all ever visit it here
