Finally got some internet for my laptop so I can type normally… also I had to log back onto World of Warcraft to fix some things… Had this idea that since I had played a Hunter character, the Hunter character has the ability to have pets to use to hunt with. Well, this is all good if the game were more anonymous and all but now that my view on privacy has changed… this poses a problem… it’s like a character hanging on to slaves. It might seem harmless because it’s a video game and if it were anonymous there wouldn’t be a problem but since this is louder than I thought… people with names similar to the characters pets would haunt me in my normal life because they associate with a pet from that game that’s running off to battle and such. Having to clean that mess up. There’s also another thing I was thinking of the other day… Probably one of the first 3dish type games I played, and first computer games was a game called Ultima, with a top down view like a lot of dungeons and dragon games, that I played off and on when I was ten years old or so… the storyline revolved around solving a murder mystery and working for a guy called Lord British, basically the King of England. At the time, I was into the game because it’s got fighting, and weapons, and dungeons and the graphics were cool. I didn’t think about this but the working for Lord British is kind of throwed off. Complete opposite of the meaning of the July, 4th celebrations and American Independence. It was probably developed in the U.K. or something. Before I purchased my own computer at 16, there were a couple of games I got to play from time to time, that and Sid Meyer’s Colonization, and AOL chat rooms… ohh and Sim Tower. Where was I going with this…. I’m totally free writing right now. World of Warcraft. It’s divided into two factions the Alliance and the Hoard. The blue and the red team. I didn’t think about politics when I first joined that game when it first came out… or that the Alliance team revolves around a city called Stormwind that resembles or gives off the vibe of England with Castles and a King… with a throwed off storyline where characters run around working for the King of that city. The game was new back then, so it was more like I just jump in and start playing. The other faction that opposes the Alliance, the red team, the Hoard are made out to be darker with Undead, Trolls, Tauren (Bull people), Miniature elves, whereas the Alliance had taller elves, that revolves around the city of the Undead. Undercity.

I wasn’t raised to think about the monarchy in England… I didn’t pay attention to this in video games too much, and a lot of games have a story line about a Knight going off to do quests, imitation of Knights from Europe from medieval times, it’s a general story line to go off and fight monsters and dragons… umm the William and Harry naming thing that I was made of aware of lately made me think of this. Thought I’d make a note of it, so people know what to watch out for.

For the record… I’m hosting this blog site at Hostinger (hostinger.com). If anyone from England, U.K. Territories, Canada, Australia need a webhost, it works “Great.” Since the William, Harry naming is probably one of the most popular, focused, entertainment things that put me on the spotlight, thought I’d throw all of this up here, on a Great Britain, England, UK webhost.
